I received a bill for work done 3 and a half months earlier. Turns out they didn't submit it to my insurance. They owned up to it immediately. The PROBLEM: It took almost three hours of MY time to get someone to talk to. I called exactly at 8 am and was told there will be a 19-28 minute wait time. Offered me an option for them to call me, but wouldn't accept my phone number as valid. The first day I called, I waited a hour and twenty minutes before giving up. The next day I did the exact same thing and someone finally answered after a hour and thirty-eight minutes.

User's recommendation: pray like *** you never have to call billing! I refuse to do anymore business with them and will change my insurance provider if they insist on teaming with these pathetic idiots who do not believe in customer service!

This is the worst costumers service.

You have to spend hours and days till you will be able to make an appointment. On other thing is that, I'm having a pain R. Leg. They have done MRI, CT scan they don't know where the pain is coming from. They never , ever touch my leg to make an investigation. PA's they stayed with me only 10 minutes in the office and that's it. I told him why are you in the hurry he said the rest pain is for the next appointment. They don't care to treat you,they wants you to go every week if is possible. Don't RECOMAND THIS OFFICE ! I HAVE TO LOOK FOR ONOTHER

Boone s-cks almost died with misinformation

gave me bad info sent me to hospital for wrong there was nothing wrong and i was over medicated and almost died for no reason

Referral dept. Irresponsible. Bad cust ser.

A referral was issued for a neurologist since 9/282021, due to COVID. I have been trying get help but i keep getting the eun around. Finally, yesterday I talked to Kalali who connected me to her Sr.Supervisor who tried to help and had a referral rep ,Kelly called me this with a dr's phone number , i tjought this matter was resolved but when I called the drs office that particular dr is not taking pts until January...i tried calling back 2xs today but after waiting almost an hour i get disconnected and have to start all over. I am on hold again for the 3rd time. I work at another medical center and I dont believe that none of our departments can get away with such disregard and disrespect to their patients/cust. Horrendous organization -stay away but far aways!!!

I just want them to find me a Neurologist that is truly seen patients with 30 days...,not just give a phone number to get rid of me...

Unacceptable long phone hold

On hold for 1-1/2 hours with referral dept. If it continues with my next call, my next course of action is to file a complaint with the BBB.

went in to get help for multiple things including mental health issues. walked in saying still having these thoughts. answered yes. didnt even tal to me or anything and said i have to call 911. i walked out

First doctor's office who does not fax confidential forms directly to employers.

SadI had an awesome doctor tho. I had an easy appointment regarding about my FMLA forms. But didn't know it was the beginning of my nightmare. Of all the doctor's office I have been to, this is the only place where they don't fax your forms directly to employer. I picked up my forms and the HR wouldn't accept my forms because it needs to be fax to them directly from Southwest Medical center!! I had to drive back to the doctor's office to beg them to send my form so I can get it done already. They explained to me the reason why they no longer fax forms because sometime in the past their employee screwed up and send the forms to someone else! Maybe they should hire people who are more careful with their jobs to avoid errors like this. This kind of policy they have should be change, because employers won't take forms from their employees unless its faxed! Why? it's confidential forms and what if the other person changes it before handing it over to the HR? Did that ever come across their minds? Plus doesn't it make their work easier because the patient doesn't need to stop by there again if only they are willing to fax documents. I don't know, I just feel like they have to do something about this because it adds so much stress for the patients. Imagine being in the middle where both sides won't even help you out! The southwest not willing to fax forms and the HR wouldn't accept forms delivered by you. I honestly don't know what else to say, I'm very disappointed and stressed out because of this. Something needs to be done. Southwest needs to step up don't you thinkShrug?

Billing department is a nightmare!!

I HAVE to PAY before I can see a Doctor. After every procedure and every office visits since Optum Care joined SWMA I receive a bill in the mail for something I already paid! If I ignore it as I have already done my part by paying my premiums and paying before seeing any physicians I will receive a collection notice. So I have to use my valuable time calling in and asking the employees to do their job in billing which usually entails an hour of my day and time. I would like to see a reward program for discounts based on doing SWMA jobs!!!

Question on Covid guidelines

Dr's app't Sept. 15 th at Siena Heights. Was met at entrance with temp. chec, new mask, and barrage of questions. Went to 2 nd. floor to clinic, signing in with a barrage of similar questions I had just answered at front door. And here's the kicker, the waiting room chairs are separated by 24 " not the 72 " stated by the state for social distancing, I thought odd for all I went thru to get into clinic. Very odd.

DISGUSTED

You go in for a YEARLY exam and YEARLY birth control RX and for some reason they want to not fulfill the year!!!! Made the patient take 30 unnecessary test for the RX and was charged roughly $900.00 for a years birth control RX when all said and done- and now they wont give her the last three months of the RX because they want to do some more blood work... SCAMMERS CHEATERS- MONEY HUNGRY- JUST OUT FOR THE GREEN.. DO NOT GO HER - AMY MURPHY is a SCAMMER... $900.00 for Birth Control exam !!! and they cheat you out of a full year.
