Very unprofessional.... No help at all....

Have been waiting for a referral to go through now for over a month. I have called everyday, and continue to get the same response "need more information". My doctor has faxed over records requested now four (4) times, and they keep saying they never received them, and/or they need additional information (I guess they can't make up their mind whether they received information or not). No one seems to know what is going on.

Doctors and staff don't seem to care about anyone. The only reason I use them is because I am forced to by my very poor insurance, Health Plan of Nevada.

Both Health Plan of Nevada and SW Medical should be ashamed the way they treat patients!!!! Will be seeing my attorney to see if I have any recourse as I now need major surgery due to their neglect.

Product or Service Mentioned: Southwest Medical Associates Doctor.

I have experienced the same. They stall you from getting tests, referrals approved etc. In my opinion, it borders on malpractice!
